Sketchbook from the other day! It’s Friday! Hope y’all have something fun planned for the weekend. If the weather is nice, I’ll be outside! ✌🏼🍹🌴

Paint wisdom nugget! This was something I learned in college and still use it quite often. Painting with acrylic or acryla gouache? Keep it wet with a paper towel! Wet and place a paper towel (or 3) in the bottoms of a tray. Lay a piece of tracing paper on top (way cheaper than palette paper) Add paint like normal and paint away. The paint stays wet for a lot longer and if you need to walk away, place the whole thing in the freezer. When it thaws, it’s perfectly usable again. Happy painting!
